Just like all of the other eee xp torrents (tinyxp, microxp) i cannot get my EEE PC 701SD 8GB to even get as far as loading the XP files - i get a BSOD. Can only get eeebuntu or tinyvista (without any drivers) to load onto the thing. :-(

i didnt saw any serial key anywhere so i had problems finding it.

i tried like 4 different ones but it was some kind of error that ID is invalid.

later i found this one: 8RCKG - 36TH8 - VWBGK - T3CB6 - RHG48

it works so i think you should use it :)

I have followed the great guide (WINDOWS XP USB STICK INSTALLATION GUIDE)

But I got problems during this process.

I have mounted the torrent-ISO-file in Deamon tools and when promted i the cmd.window to browse the location I simply choosed the disc that deamontools have created.

Ok, I have done all the steps, and on "STEP 5" when I am doing the last step there, I never get the options wich I have to press "yes/no"
I only press "enter" twice and the cdm-window closes. Leaving the USB-memory blank.

I have windows 7, 64bit-version on the computer where i am trying to set up this.

*Can the problems be because I have to burn the iso-file first? Maybe I cant use deamontools only?

please help me, because my xandros is fucked up ass well, having a blank screen when startup (probably when I updated the new programs on it)

great stuff. this one is so fucikng fast on my eee pc 1000h and still everything (almost) is included. cant believe i spent an year trying to get some speed from the default linux. i'll try it also on my old desktop pc.

just a side note - the essential programs are not that essential. especially for a netbook.
